This is the controlling English (United States) version. The en-US text controls if a convenience translation differs.

1. Purpose and educator responsibility

Desk Dollars is an educator-directed classroom simulation. Educators are responsible for appropriate classroom rules, authored content, student credential distribution, and lawful use. Classroom discipline and simulated transactions must remain educational and must not become real financial, employment, credit, tax, or investment services.

2. Harmful and unlawful content

Do not create, upload, or direct content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, sexual, graphically violent, exploitative of children, deceptive, threatening, or intended to facilitate harm. Do not expose private student data in item images, reasons, class names, or public materials.

3. Accounts, credentials, and privacy

Do not share teacher accounts; impersonate another person; obtain credentials deceptively; access another student's account; enumerate accounts; publish passwords, tokens, QR login payloads, or private records; or evade authorization, session, rate-limit, entitlement, or recovery controls.

4. Technical and service abuse

Do not upload malware; probe or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization; scrape or bulk extract the service; interfere with availability; overload infrastructure; bypass payment or access controls; reverse engineer where law permits restriction; or use automation that harms users or operations.

5. Enforcement and reporting

Desk Dollars may remove content, limit activity, suspend access, preserve evidence, contact the school, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, security, law, or the Terms. Enforcement considers context and does not authorize silent deletion of immutable ledger history. Report concerns to [email protected].

6. Document control

This policy is part of the Terms. Mandatory local rights remain available, and the en-US text controls.
